Assist with high level reporting for assigned customers utilizing our Data Warehouse (Discoverer), Oracle based Business Analytics, Prime, Prism, Merlin, and Excel;
Assist customers with trouble shooting issues identified with reporting, limited time offers (LTOs), inventory management and other similar processes that US Foods delivers as a service;
Communicate with customers and field to help facilitate the handling of any concerns or issues that arise;
Generate high-level quarterly business reviews utilizing reporting tools, PowerPoint, Merlin, and Excel;
Standardize processes to facilitate better account coordination from the Rosemont Headquarter office to the field. Minimize administrative work on field resources, and maintain proactive communication;
Work with the divisions and corporate purchasing regarding inventory issues;
Assist with the preparation of RFP (Request for proposal) responses, market basket research, analysis and final format;
Assist NCA Coordinator in procuring expiring vendor contracts by the 15th of the month for the subsequent month;
Receive and maintain record vendor contracts from customers and forward to the corporate NCA department;
Work with divisions and corporate to ensure correct pricing to the customer;
Coordinate any audits between divisions and NCA Department.
College Degree Preferred or equivalent work experience
Related Experience:
Previous experience / success working in customer-facing roles;
Foodservice experience preferred.
