Graphic Designer

Overview:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the graphic design and production services pertaining to the Marketing needs of the Outlet Division, in partnership and under the supervision of the Art Director. The Graphic Designer will help to bring the brand to life through all collateral material, signage, windows, imagery and advertising and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets. This role is largely print-based, with some exposure to digital assets. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working with all Marketing functions, as well as Merchandising.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute ideas from concept to final creative

• With direction from the Art Director, develops creative including window and in-store banners, signs, direct mail, coupons, site, and email

• Manages workflow from initial design through production within timelines and budgets

• Partners with cross functional team on all aspects of projects, including expectations of design, turnaround time, corrections, approvals, etc.

• Ensure brand appropriateness of all collateral in order to elevate and protect the brand

Requirements:

• BA or BFA in graphic design or similar
• 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design, within corporate in-house brands preferably
• Portfolio of recent fashion-focused marketing work
• Expertise using Macintosh and Windows environments.
• Expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, StuffIt, Suitcase, Bridge

• Skillfully handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, presentation and time-management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people and personalities.

• Prepare marketing in the studio for walkthrough

• Mock up prototypes and collateral for approval

• Support and partner with visual as needed
