Basic:
• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, and ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Material handling equipment certification
Preferred:
• Trade School education/training
Work Conditions
Physical Conditions:
• Work at heights up to 20 feet
• Work in hot environment of approximately 95o F in upper levels during summer
• Work in cold environment of approximately 10o F outside during winter months
• Exposure to fumes from welding
• Exposure to dust from grinding
• Exposure to vibration from power tools
• Exposure to hot surfaces after welding
Chemical Conditions:
• Lubricants
• Battery acid
