Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Summary:
We’re seeking an Accounts Receivables (A/R) Specialist to join our Corrigo Inc., Finance team in Tualatin, OR.
The A/R Specialist processes various types of account receivable transactions to ensure that receivables are applied appropriately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Declined credit card follow up for the Work Order Network billing
- Print and reconcile receipts with employee expense reports.
- Weekly review of new provider customer records for test and demo accounts, proper tax settings, and Email settings to PDF
- Assist customers with updating their update account settings: payment methods, contact info, etc
- Notify customers that their credit cards are about to expire, and follow up with active customers
- Open and distribute mail
- Reprocess failed cash sale billings (convert to invoice and contact customer about payment failure so they can update their payment information for next month)
- Process EFT and credit card payments on memorized invoices
- Help with weekly collection calls of non-SP customers
- Send friendly reminders to customers who are one to six days overdue
- Special projects, as needed
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
