Basic Function
Manages the Customer Accounts Departments in all stores within the Division. Ensures stores are abiding by collection practices and the FDCPA.
Reporting
Reports directly to the Divisional Vice President.
Supervises
Customer Accounts departments in all stores in the division.

Proven Track record of success in the Renewals department
The ability to produce positive results in challenging situations.
Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills required in order to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability in training and developing other team members.
Proficient in MS Office software. Including; Excel, Word, Power point etc. A particular emphasis will be placed on the candidates knowledge of excel.
Candidate must be able to travel when necessary, with little or no advanced notice.
Candidate will be required to cover all travel expenses until reimbursement occurs
Strong presentation skills including but not limited to delivering to large audiences.
Positive, goal oriented and a winning attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
Training the Customer Account Managers on Aarons Policies and Procedures, accounting practices, and strategy meetings.
Monitor all activities in the customer accounts department daily.
Monitor lease revenue in all stores.
Supervise, develop and schedule the activities of Accounts Advisers
Other tasks as assigned by Divisional Vice President.
Pre-employment
Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing.
