With over 900 retail centers in North America, we continue to grow.  Currently we are seeking a TrueFinish Coordinator to join our team.  Within our stores channel, we sell a wide range of architectural coatings and sundry items to industry, builders, contractors, and home owners.  Experienced and entry level candidates are welcome to apply!  Join a leading team today!


 

The TrueFinish Coordinator will provide customer service to the Machine App sales team and customers.  Also, function as a resource for product and service knowledge to assist and work closely with the technical service team.

 
Provide dedicated customer service to the Machine Applied Coatings accounts including but not limited to coordinating orders, communicating to sales team and customers, technical support, and inventory management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Coordinate customer orders based upon product availability; production schedule; shipping restrictions and shipping efficiencies in maximizing orders
 
• Maintain thorough communication with customer in all phases. Accept log and track orders from MAC customers for fulfillment. Including effectively communicating any issues or concerns of product supply or product quality to appropriate personnel (technical services; research and development; sales etc.).
 
• Coordinate with sales and sales management team to work with forecasting for production planning to ensure proper volume to meet demand.
 
• Work with other members of the MAC, Harmar technical, and customer service team as well as Cranberry customer support to build back up support and redundancy for all functions
 
• Assist MAC Technical Services and Research and Development as needed
 
• Act as an effective intermediary as needed to assist TrueFinish product manager in identifying products for development
 
• Build strong relationship, both internal and external, to support sales
 
• Identify customers’ needs and expectations to assist in development of sales strategies
 
• Capable of supervising other on a temporary basis when needed and requested by manager

Requirements:

 

• High School diploma is required
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service
• An in-depth knowledge of PPG Architectural Coatings
• A thorough understanding of environmental regulations
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and database management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests in a time-sensitive manner
• Bilingual skills preferred - French / English
