Key Responsibilities
Engineer is responsible for achieving and maintaining optimum process improvements and quality through maximum equipment efficiencies and reliabilities. Contributing to a world class operation and insuring the uninterrupted flow of quality products to our customers. (2) includes close and successful interaction with supporting business and manufacturing colleagues; (3) includes mentoring subordinates towards all of the above.
Experience and Education
This position requires a B.S. degree in an engineering discipline, plus 3 years of project related experience. A demonstrated mastery of the field of specialization and the ability to pioneer process/equipment reliability improvement initiatives. Good human relations skills and the ability to communicate in all media forms are essential.
Functional and Technical Skills
Project engineering, project management and equipment reliability within a manufacturing environment.
